Birds in the chimney

Birds such as owls and jackdaws seek out hollows to nest, which is how it can happen that they end up in a chimney. In some cases they are unable to get out again... Or if they can easily go in and out, they build their nest and block up the chimney.

Solution

Of course prevention is better than cure. A piece of wire mesh on the chimney prevents this problem. If a bird gets stuck in your chimney anyway you can always contact us. Our co-workers will remove the nest or the stuck bird and release the latter.
